Megan Falke, DNP, APRN, NNP-BC

Dr. Megan Falke, DNP, APRN, NNP-BC, is a Neonatal Nurse Practitioner and Assistant Professor at Creighton University. With a career rooted in the NICU, she combines clinical expertise with a strong commitment to social justice and equitable care.

Her academic path includes a BS, BSN, MSN, and DNP, during which she developed a perinatal hospice program. Dr. Falke’s research focuses on reducing disparities in neonatal outcomes and improving access to prenatal care.

She integrates Family Centered, Perinatal Palliative, and Trauma Informed Care principles to support mothers and infants. Beyond academia, she is a dedicated advocate for families and community health.
