Mike Kochan MD
Mike grew up in Pennsylvania, attended college at Penn State University where he became a big college football fan. He completed medical training at Temple University School of Medicine, a residency in pediatrics in Norfolk, Virginia at the Children's Hospital of the King's Daughters.
He then went on to a fellowship in Neonatology in Maryland where he first grew interested in palliative care in the NICU and communication in the NICU. He completed a pediatric palliative care fellowship in Maryland at John Hopkins, where he worked as an attending, splitting his clinical time between neonatolofy and pediatric palliative care.
He then moved to Florida where he currently works as a neonatologist for Pediatrix, Tampa.
