Kara Morgan DNP, APRN, CPNP-PC, CGC
Dr. Morgan completed her Masters degree in Genetic Counseling in 2006. After working as a pediatric genetic counselor in Virginia for over five years, she and her family moved to Florida where she obtained her BSN and then worked as a bedside RN in the NICU while completing a BS-to-DNP graduate program.
Dr. Morgan is now a Pediatric Nurse Practitioner in the Division of Genetics and Metabolism at USF Health in Tampa, FL, where she is involved with inpatient consultations, outpatient clinics, general genetics patients, metabolic genetics patients, newborn screening follow up, and clinical trials.
